We had a big turnout out in Navarre, with 18 teams foregoing the opening day of red snapper season to chase bronze bombers! Many teams spent their day in Santa Rosa Sound, but we also had anglers searching for less crowded water in Panama City, Choctawhatchee, P’cola Beach, and Escambia/Blackwater. The new slant board proved to not be as generous as predicted. We had several borderline fish DQ’d for being fractionally over the 27” line…always a heartbreaker in such close competition.
