Another good turnout for our second annual LA ECRC tournament. The fishing was challenging in some locations as there was a bunch of places that had too much fresh water and most places had an incredible amount of grass/weeds/moss. The conditions were good for sight fishing and several teams caught 40+ fish. Weights were down a little from expected, but some good ones were brought to the scales. Calcuttas: Big Redfish went to Bo/Alan (7.45 lb); Big Total Redfish went to Bobby/Matt (14.06 lb); and Most Spots was a tie between Brad/Jason and James/Heath (9).
Thanks to everyone for making the trek over to Delacroix…it was a good time, but we already have some improvements we are looking at for next year to make it more of a group outing. Congratulations to Bob Files who flew in from Dallas to fish w/ us…always like to see Bob and Reed finish well. Also good seeing Brad King and Bryson Bratcher fish an ECRC tournament again. The next tournament is June 7 in PC (ramp announced soon).
